Final Finish Cleaning was built from the ground up — literally. Based out of Eau Claire, Michigan, we serve Berrien County and the Southwest Michigan lakeshore corridor with one focused specialty: cleaning what the trades leave behind.

Post-construction cleaning is a different discipline. It demands knowledge of construction sequences, an understanding of sensitive finishes and newly installed surfaces, and the ability to operate on a job site without disrupting active trades. That's the standard we hold ourselves to on every job.

We built this business around the people who need it most — general contractors, builders, property managers, landlords, and realtors — and structured everything from our scheduling to our documentation around how they actually operate.
